English Class: Seedfolks Blog

The book Seedfolks taught me that no matter in what situation you are, there's always a hope. Your family can help you or even a stranger. You should help people if they need you're help.
The part that I liked the most was when Leona cleaned the vacant lot and then she went to Health Department to talk about her neighborhood.

Science Class: Ecology Travel Guide

In this project I learened about Australia. In Australia there are alot of herbivores. Most animals that live in Australia like warm weather, the same goes for plants too. The animal that i learned about is Kangaroo. Kangaroo's are herbivores, they eat plants and grass. They love warm weather, they can jump very high and they live up to 30 years. The plant that i studied was Hoya australis. Hoya australis love warm weather and water. It growes in the forrests.

Global Studies: Civilization

In our project we studied about early civilizations. My group was learning about Indus River Valley. They were many different early civilizations and all of them were living close to the water. Indus people were very respectful to there religion and they associated eveything with they're beliefs and religions. Indus people were farming and hunting to get the food to they're family tables. People were making they're homes more improved and progressed all the time. People were inventing different weapons and tools that could help them to hunt, build, and go to the war if needed. Early civilizations didn't had many rules and government was very weak. So there was alot of bad things happening, but civilizations still had economy. They were trading, farming and hunting. Civilizations slowly began to progress and turn to countries.
